This website provides information about rawdot products and allows customers to purchase available products through secure checkout. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse content, or submit inaccurate information.

An order is accepted only after checkout and payment authorization are completed. rawdot may contact you to clarify an order or cancel it when a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, or an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. Payment authorization is handled by the available payment provider; rawdot does not store full card details.

All sales are final except where a return, replacement, cancellation, or refund is required by applicable law. Because this is a low-cost consumable/accessory that generally cannot be resold once opened or used, rawdot does not accept voluntary returns or issue refunds for change of mind, personal preference, not liking the glide, incorrect installation, normal wear, or products that have been opened, applied, used, altered, or damaged after delivery. If you receive an incorrect product, an incomplete order, or experience another issue covered by applicable consumer law, contact rawdot promptly at the email below with order details and photographs so we can review and provide the appropriate remedy.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any rawdot content without prior written permission.
Follow the installation guidance shown on this website. Remove existing mouse skates carefully, keep the sensor unobstructed, and make sure the surface is clean and completely dry before application.
