5. Returns, refunds & product issues
All sales are final except where a return, replacement, cancellation, or refund is required by applicable law. Because this is a low-cost consumable/accessory that generally cannot be resold once opened or used, rawdot does not accept voluntary returns or issue refunds for change of mind, personal preference, not liking the glide, incorrect installation, normal wear, or products that have been opened, applied, used, altered, or damaged after delivery. If you receive an incorrect product, an incomplete order, or experience another issue covered by applicable consumer law, contact rawdot promptly at the email below with order details and photographs so we can review and provide the appropriate remedy.
